Egregore is a private gothic horror game that explores the themes of morality and corruption. Characters arrive as rejected vessels who were deemed too imperfect to resurrect an eldritch god known as the Sleeping One. These rejected vessels have been dumped into an apocalyptic otherworld where they must endure the Horrorsβ’ created by the rot that grows from within. Those fated here are stalked by physical manifestations of their fears and try to survive a world that reacts and reconstructs itself on the collective psyches of its inhabitants. Here, all navigate the tension of survival, betrayal, and redemption while uncovering the mysteries of what it means to become 'purified' within this foggy realm of their exile.
